Resilience Circle – Spring Pilot Offering

A facilitated, small-group learning and support process for people in caring, leadership, or volunteer roles that are emotionally and relationally demanding.

Who It’s For

People working or volunteering in caregiving, community leadership, education, ministry, nonprofit leadership, and other people-focused roles.

What to Expect

- Small, consistent group (8–12 participants)
- Guided reflection and facilitated conversation
- Practical tools for managing stress and boundaries
- Peer learning grounded in real experience

Format

Eight online sessions. Frequency and timing chosen collaboratively by the group.

Cost (Pilot Pricing only)

CA @49 for Canadians, US $49 for Americans to access the handbook (paid to the Center for Transforming Engagement).
Facilitator fee: pay-what-you-can (usual cost US $600 / CAD +- $800).
